Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method.

UK Delivery Options:

1-2 business days:
Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.65 (up to 2kg)
Royal Mail Tracked: £7.35 (2-20kg)
Parcelforce Express 48: £21.20

1 business day:
Parcelforce Express 24: £22.70
The options available for your purchase will be available at checkout. 

We endeavor to apply applicable duties and taxes at the checkout, However where shipping or duty is payable at customs or point of delivery payment is the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to amend or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@moodymerchant.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has processed or dispatched. Customers in the UK and EU may also have statutory withdrawal rights as described in our Returns and Withdrawal Policy. 

Moody Merchant ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders received before 2pm are usually posted out the same day, but this is not guaranteed.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email hello@moodymerchant.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
