Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over £125/€125 depending on your country. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout. Any applicable duties and taxes will be shown at the checkout where applicable. 

If you need to amend or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@moodymerchant.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has processed or dispatched. Customers in the EU may also have statutory withdrawal rights as described in our Returns and Withdrawal Policy. 

Free Shipping:

• On all orders above £125 for the United Kingdom and Wales.
• On all orders above €125 for Ireland.

For orders under the threshold, the following shipping costs apply:

 

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

Moody Merchant only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email hello@moodymerchant.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
